These terms apply to services provided by Gallivan AI ("we", "us"), a trading name of Gallivan Limited (Company No. 13818938), registered in England and Wales. By purchasing a service you agree to these terms.
We design and build websites and provide related AI-visibility and automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
The AI Growth Report is a paid diagnostic (£250, no VAT charged — Gallivan AI is not VAT registered). The credit applies only to a subsequent website build with us and is valid for 60 days from the date your report is delivered. If you proceed within that period, the £250 is credited in full against your project. The £250 covers work already carried out and is non-refundable if you do not proceed to a build. The report is informational and does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome. If you are a sole trader purchasing as a consumer, you have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; by asking us to begin the report before that period ends, you agree we may start work and you waive the right to cancel once the report has been delivered.
Prices are as quoted. Website projects are typically invoiced 50% to start and 50% on completion, or paid in full. Larger projects may be split into instalments by agreement. Payment is taken securely via Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
We guarantee professional craftsmanship: a well-built, mobile-optimised site delivered to the agreed brief. We do not guarantee specific search-engine or AI-answer rankings, traffic volumes, enquiries or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control. Any figures shown on our website are illustrative, not promises.
You agree to provide content, approvals and feedback promptly, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply. Delays on your side may affect timelines.
Each package includes the revision rounds stated. A project is considered complete on final approval or 14 days after delivery of the final draft if no feedback is received.
On full payment, ownership of the final website design transfers to you. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, fees for work completed are non-refundable.
Care plans, retainers and other recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Work already scheduled or delivered within a billing period is not refundable.
Our work may use third-party platforms and AI services (e.g. hosting, booking, analytics and AI-visibility tools). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by those providers. Where we implement AI features, outputs are assistive and should be reviewed before relying on them for regulated, medical or financial claims.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
